CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your help to keep our functioning productive and effective. If the member is not able to attend a scheduled consultation with a healthcare professional or she / he needs to cancel the request for consultation and / or second opinion, we kindly remind that the member should contact the administration.

Timeless cancellations may jeopardize our ability to provide the medical assistance our members need to receive at the right time.

Cancellation Policy based on timing is at following;

  • The Hospital Online provides its members with reminders through notifications via mobile apps and e-mails for further assistance. Remembering the appointment is the member’s own responsibility. The fact that the member has not received a reminder e-mail or notification does not provide any cancellation privilige for the consultation she / he does not attend. We do not provide any refund if the member does not attend the appointment which is approved by doctor or the healthcare professional and finalised.
  • If the doctor or healthcare professional does not approve your consultation request because the medical question you ask is not in his / her area of expertise or for any other reason, there will be no decrease in the number of call right in your package.
  • If the doctor or the healthcare professional cannot attend the appointment, there will be no decrease in your package and a new appointment will be planned as soon as possible.
  • If our members who purchased a single consultation do not prefer a make-up call, they can use their right on a different consultation or they can request a refund.
  • If the member cancels the appointment 24 hours before the appointment, the right will be reserved. Our members who purchased a single consultation can use their right on a different doctor or a healthcare professional.
