Dr. Struan H. Coleman is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine, with a specific focus on injuries of the hip, knee and shoulder.

Dr. Coleman has a particular interest in hip arthroscopy and hip preservation surgery and has treated many high-level athletes with hip problems. He currently serves as Director of the Hip Preservation Center at Vincera Institute.

Dr. Coleman earned a medical degree from Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons and holds a Ph.D in Microbiology from Oxford University. Dr. Coleman completed both his residency in Orthopedic Surgery and a fellowship in Sports Medicine at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City. He also is an Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery.
